About the Role:

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and ensuring safe and high-quality outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
