Job Description

We are looking for a professional who can build and develop strong relationships with customers in the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. The successful candidate will use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success every day
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for insurance and financial products that help people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Possession of a Property and Casualty license (must be obtainable before starting)
  • Life and Health license (must be obtainable)
  • Able to work irregular hours when necessary
