We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and cancellations* Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services* Process billing and payment inquiries* Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction* Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies* Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

 

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

 

**Salary:** $57,500 per year
