About the Role

Naman Hotels, a leading hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in driving the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing a service culture that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline team members to ensure they meet Naman's high standards.
  • Attend and conduct training sessions and meetings as required by management.
  • Inspect hotel rooms and public areas daily to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Manage and train the Guest Services department to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage Guest Relations to ensure prompt and effective resolution of guest complaints.
  • Assist the Sales team in generating revenue through effective sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Outgoing and proven self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Ability to implement all strategies set forth by brand and corporate teams.
  • Deliver communication between corporate office and team members and facilitate tools for development and empowerment for our valued team members.
