Multispecialty Practice Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham Community Physicians. As a key member of our community-based physician practices, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and obtain Prior Authorizations from insurances when needed for specific exams.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients, answering their questions, and assisting with pre-visit paperwork.
- Schedule follow-up appointments, tests, and/or procedures, and provide general support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in customer service, preferably in a community-based medical practice.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
