We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in designing and executing scalable growth strategies worldwide, focusing on peculiarities of the ecommerce business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire, activate, engage, and retain billions of users/customers worldwide.
  • Define and improve key customer engagement metrics, including conversion rates, engagement rates, Return on Investments, Subsidy Rates, Cart Build, etc.
  • Design and implement the roadmap for TikTok Shops (U.S.) shipping subsidy programs.
  • Use customer and operational insights to innovate shopping experiences, engaging and retaining customers while promoting business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success while managing and communicating budgets effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.
  • Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about understanding user demands from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce or operations in a technology company.
  • Experience with subscription and/or loyalty programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
