Job Overview

2020 Search Partners is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for commercial HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical Services to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify prospects and opportunities within assigned accounts, making effective sales presentations and addressing customer needs.
  • Manage quotes to close sales, providing solutions to customers and identifying opportunities within existing customer bases.
  • Consistently generate sales revenue through a proven track record, understanding customer needs and decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with the Operations Department to communicate customer needs and provide value-added services.
  • Utilize vertical market strategies and market forces to find opportunities within the existing customer base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC or Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
Compensation and Location

This is a full-time position located in Orlando, FL. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate, including a base salary, unlimited PTO, automobile allowance, uncapped commission plan, comprehensive benefits, and a 401K with company contributions.
