We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Staffing and Onboarding Specialist. This role requires continual use and meticulous upkeep of our recruiting platform and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Send recruiting emails and communications
• Speak with applicants on the phone and in chats
• Keep detailed and accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track metrics for conversion rates
• Proactively source and recruit for future needs
• Support staffing team, when needed, and as assigned
• Meet with staffing, client success, and sales teams to understand recruiting needs

Requirements:
• 3 years experience in sourcing and/or recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, remote environment
• BA
• Outstanding verbal and written skills
• Ambassador for the company and portrays Body Techniques positively with applicants and potentials
• High speed internet is required. We will ask you to verify this with us.
• Occasional weekend/evening hours during peak season
