Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a world-class home buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process.
  • Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via our CRM system.
  • Develop, refine, and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic.
  • Set home center visits utilizing prospect database and convert ad calls and web leads to appointments.
  • Participate in all sales meetings, training opportunities, and other company-sponsored functions.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual preferred - Spanish/English.
  • General understanding of the retail environment.
  • Ability to learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons.
