**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).

**Content Creation & Management:**

* Design and produce high-quality, on-brand digital content (graphics, photos, videos) for social media, email campaigns, website, and other marketing materials.
* Take photos and videos at our partner locations all over the Greater Memphis Area.
* Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

**Email Marketing & CRM:**

* Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and program enrollment.
* Manage and segment customer databases for targeted communication.
* Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results.

**Brand Awareness & Community Engagement:**

* Develop partnerships with local community organizations, schools, and influencers to increase Soccer Shots' visibility.
* Coordinate and participate in community events to promote the Soccer Shots program.
* Identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors or influencers.

**Analytics & Reporting:**

* Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and social media platforms.
* Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Soccer Shots innovative.

**Collaborate with Teams:**

* Work closely with the operations and coaching teams to align messaging and marketing efforts.
* Assist in the development of recruitment materials and campaigns for Soccer Shots coaches.

**Coach Soccer Shots Sessions:**

* Lead and coach soccer sessions for children ages 2-10, ensuring a fun, positive, and engaging learning environment.
* Deliver Soccer Shots' curriculum, emphasizing soccer skills, character development, and physical fitness.
* Build rapport with children and their families while maintaining high standards for program quality and safety.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
* Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media presence.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
