Position Summary:

The role involves managing the entire patient journey and acting as a supportive ally throughout their care process. You will oversee the patient’s care plan within the Third-Party Reproduction Program, ensuring that all goals are met in alignment with professional clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients at the reception and guide them through their appointments.
  • Communicate with external healthcare providers to gather daily results and input them into the system.
  • Request and compile medical records from patients for review and approval.
  • Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance files and prepare documentation for inspections.
  • Collect and organize operative and pathology reports for physician assessment.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between patients and clinical teams.
  • Advocate for patients by addressing their inquiries and concerns with the appropriate staff.
  • Update patient records in the electronic medical record and scheduling systems.
  • Encourage participation in wellness initiatives, including yoga, support groups, and nutrition seminars.
  • Handle protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
