Position Overview:

We are in search of a Financial Strategy Analyst to become a vital member of our Strategic Finance Team. This dynamic position offers a unique chance to impact data-driven decisions across the organization. The Strategic Finance team engages with various aspects of the business, playing a pivotal role in shaping our future and strategic direction through meticulous forecasting and analysis of essential business metrics. This role will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with our executive team in forecasting annual budgets and influencing key strategic decisions. We are eager to connect with candidates who are proactive, highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, consulting, or investment banking, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in Investment Banking is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial planning software is essential (e.g., Adaptive)
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines with a keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive; adept at prioritizing and managing daily tasks independently
  • Strategic mindset; consistently evaluating processes for improvement opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines

Your Contributions:

  • Serve as the backbone of the Strategic Finance team, overseeing the support and maintenance of our critical systems, tools, and processes
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of monthly Financial Close Packages, Board presentations, and Investor Relations reporting
  • Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor expenditures, and conduct monthly headcount reconciliations
  • Exhibit strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, priorities, and challenges within the U.S. healthcare landscape
  • Flourish in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and customer-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Python
  • Experience in integrating AI capabilities into financial processes
  • Previous experience collaborating directly with C-Level executives in a finance partnership role
