Debt Settlement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Debt Settlement Representative to join our team at LeadAdvisors. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their financial challenges and achieve debt resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans that meet their financial needs.
- Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide them in making informed decisions about their financial situation.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing clear and concise information about debt settlement processes and procedures.
- Negotiate account settlements within established guidelines, ensuring that customers receive fair and reasonable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in negotiation and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
