Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including preparing reports for management, scheduling conferences, responding to inquiries, and providing information in line with policies and procedures.

This role will require a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism, working closely with senior executives and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing reports, scheduling conferences, responding to inquiries, and providing information in line with policies and procedures.
  • Manage calendars, phone/e-mail, travel, and contacts using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Process and maintain confidential and sensitive information, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and goals.
