The incumbent will join the Teleradiology Team in providing clinical administrative EPIC and PACS support to Clinical Faculty, Residents, and Fellows/Clinical Instructors, as well as contracted sites, including prisons, healthcare clinics, and hospitals.

  • Manage image transmission issues, researching status and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure patient medical records/radiological images are available to sites, coordinating information exchange between radiologists and providers.
  • Provide technical advice to outside sites, ensuring confidentiality and conflict resolution.
  • Recommend solutions for operational efficiency to interpreting radiologists.
  • Report systemic problems encountered in receipt of images to the appropriate entity and facilitate resolution.
  • Provide cross-coverage/cross-training for coworkers to ensure coverage during absences.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
