Job Summary

Under the direction of the Administrator or Director of Center Operations, the Clinical Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas of the Imaging Operation, including equipment, personnel, scheduling, financial, and customer service functions. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure services are performed in a safe environment, in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations of assigned areas, including equipment, personnel, scheduling, financial, and customer service functions.
  • Ensure services are performed in a safe environment, in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, customers, and peers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least two years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of modern business and supervisory techniques.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, or equivalent in experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or CRA preferred.
