Job Overview
FS-Elliott is seeking a Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional customer service, receive and respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive in understanding customer needs, and possess excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests regarding pricing, availability, products, and services.
  • Update customer information in the database during and after each interaction.
  • Receive and enter phone, fax, and emailed orders; ensure accuracy of sales orders.
  • Follow up with customers on unit prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays.
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs by responding to their signals; advise and recommend solutions based on those needs.

Requirements:
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize duties and responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal, writing, and grammatical skills, including tone to maximize the customer experience.
  • Ability to present information in one-on-one situations to customers and co-workers.

Compensation:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
