Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be part of an elite group of sellers who bring customized, white glove experiences directly to customers' doors. Your primary goal is to connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and thrive on the challenge to meet sales goals. With uncapped commission potential, your career and rewards are within reach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with potential customers daily, pre-scheduled by AT&T, to effectively meet and surpass sales targets.
• Offer hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most to them.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots and achieve sales success.

Requirements:
• Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
• Maintain a valid driver's license, as a company car is provided.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $51,000 and $61,600 per year, plus $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $71,029 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
