Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing information and setting appointments with customers to schedule service appointments. Good work ethic with the willingness to take initiative is a must. Should sound pleasant on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn inbound service calls into appointments
  • Communicate with service advisors to adjust appointment capacity based on current workload
  • Assist with inbound service calls
  • Reply to customers via text or email
  • Confirm appointments
  • Call missed appointments
  • Oversee, record, and update all customer information and leads in our CRM tool
  • Work closely with dealership service staff to ensure a smooth transition on all appointments
  • Stay up to date on dealership promotions
  • Call customers for missed recalls and/or first service appointments

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in business development or call center experience preferred
  • Extensive phone and CRM database usage
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creativity and high energy
  • A team player focused on providing excellent customer service
