Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Greenwich Hospitality Group, LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Process guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction is delivered on a consistent basis
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out according to established hotel standards and procedures
  • Ensure guest requests are properly followed up and resolved in a timely manner
  • Adhere to established hotel credit and cashiering policies
  • Responsible for the cash bank and ensure accurate balancing at the end of each shift
  • Report guest comments and feedback to management via the Front Office logbook
  • Be able to complete incoming reservations and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain constant communication with guests and colleagues through the logbook
  • Be familiar with hotel amenities, services, and policies
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS system an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
