Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Greenwich Hospitality Group, LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Process guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction is delivered on a consistent basis
- Manage guest check-in and check-out according to established hotel standards and procedures
- Ensure guest requests are properly followed up and resolved in a timely manner
- Adhere to established hotel credit and cashiering policies
- Responsible for the cash bank and ensure accurate balancing at the end of each shift
- Report guest comments and feedback to management via the Front Office logbook
- Be able to complete incoming reservations and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain constant communication with guests and colleagues through the logbook
- Be familiar with hotel amenities, services, and policies
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of Opera PMS system an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
