Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Greenwich Hospitality Group, LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Process guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction is delivered on a consistent basis.
  • Adhere to established hotel credit and cashiering policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Be responsible for the cash bank and ensure all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Be familiar with hotel policies, procedures, and services, including room types, rate structures, and amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Review daily function sheets and Front Office memos to stay informed about hotel events and activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS system an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
