Medical Support Specialist

As a Medical Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist at ABLE Associates, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our East Greenwich location. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for examination.
- Take vital signs and manage medication reconciliation.
- Schedule appointments, referrals, and procedures.
- Assist with virtual check-ins and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in exam rooms.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and Certified Medical Assistant status.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
