About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Front Desk Representative to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As a Service Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash and credit card transactions.
  • Manage the service desk, ensuring that all customers are checked in and out efficiently and that all service requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers, service writers, and other team members to ensure that all service requests are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure that all service requests are completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
