  • Maintain effective communication and assist colleagues as needed, promoting the interests of the Siltbuster Group as a whole, including conducting toolbox talks and delivering standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in creating video tutorials and standard operating practices.

  • Experience in technical writing, particularly in developing SOPs, RAMS, commissioning plans, technical bulletins, and O&M manuals within the water treatment or related industries (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Basic familiarity with ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 standards and relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with a positive 'can-do' attitude and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong technical report writing skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Office Suite and technical documentation software/tools.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as business needs arise.
