Our Shared Services Team plays a crucial role in supporting and enabling others within the EssilorLuxottica collective to meet their objectives, ensuring seamless operations and comprehensive support for every aspect of our business.

GENERAL FUNCTION

This role is accountable for providing assistance to Doctors of Optometry (ODs) enrolled in The Appointment Book (TAB) system.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and document any TAB system-related issues and ensure their resolution
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from ODs and their teams regarding TAB
  • Establish and fulfill all necessary criteria for onboarding Doctors to TAB
  • Test and verify system issues and/or new features within the application
  • Lead future enhancements of the system as required
  • Conduct TAB training sessions for associates, doctors, and vendors
  • Communicate and educate brand partners on how TAB can enhance the patient and doctor experience
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot TAB integrations with external Employee Health Records (EHR) partners
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to TAB systems
  • Manage relationships and integrations with external call centers for executing various TAB/CRM call initiatives
  • Create and deliver training materials for doctors and stores; update training for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Propose enhancements to processes, functionalities, and the utilization of TAB

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, call center operations, or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks based on business requirements
  • Capability to adhere to processes and procedures until completion
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proven success in relationship management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Project management experience

Compensation is determined by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws.
