Our Shared Services Team plays a crucial role in supporting the EssilorLuxottica collective, ensuring smooth operations and the successful execution of projects.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide assistance to Doctors of Optometry (ODs) who are part of The Appointment Book (TAB) system.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and document any defects related to the TAB system and ensure their resolution.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from ODs and their staff regarding TAB.
  • Establish and fulfill all necessary criteria for the inclusion of Doctors in the TAB system.
  • Conduct testing and validation of system defects and new enhancements within the application.
  • Lead initiatives for future system enhancements as required.
  • Facilitate TAB training sessions for associates, doctors, and vendors.
  • Educate brand partners on how TAB can enhance patient and doctor experiences.
  • Support and troubleshoot TAB integrations with external Employee Health Records (EHR) partners.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to TAB systems.
  • Manage relationships with external call centers for the execution of various TAB/CRM call programs.
  • Create and update training materials for doctors and stores to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, functionalities, and usage of TAB.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, call center operations, or related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks based on business requirements.
  • Capability to follow established processes and procedures to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven success in relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Background in project management.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
