About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Resort at Glade Springs. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of food production, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the line cooks and oversee food production operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all menu items and dishes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and 3-5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume operation. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
