Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Link Associates.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to all departments, representing the organization professionally in interactions with callers, visitors, and guests.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including answering phones, managing mail, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; exceptions require prior approval from the Executive Director.
- Must meet agency policy on transportation and background checks.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and software.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and reaching. The employee will need to occasionally climb stairs without railings and sit for extended periods.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
