Overview

The Client Support Representative is responsible for managing incoming inquiries from patients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to patient inquiries by identifying the required information and providing accurate responses.
  2. Utilize available resources to address patient questions, concerns, or issues effectively.
  3. Handle and resolve patient concerns by identifying the root causes, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions.
  4. Maintain an organized database by documenting all relevant information accurately.
  5. Prioritize and direct calls to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  6. Recognize and report trends in patient inquiries to management.
  7. Evaluate processes and suggest improvements when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with overflow calls to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in a call center environment with a focus on customer service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Proficient in computer applications with excellent data entry and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Educational Background

A high school diploma is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service role within a call center setting.
