Why Lytx?

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Workday Manager to lead the architecture, configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday solutions on a global scale.

This role will be responsible for owning the ongoing configuration and maintenance of the Workday HRIS platform, including system updates, improvements, integrations, and security.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience designing HRMS data architecture, structure, functions, and processes, including experience with enterprise application tools.

They will also have 6+ years of experience designing and supporting Workday HCM application and integrations, with a proven understanding of multiple Workday applications, including reporting and integration experience.

The successful candidate will have a data-driven approach, with experience using EIBs to export and import data, and proficiency with Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and V-Look Up.

They will also be able to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the ongoing configuration and maintenance of the Workday HRIS platform
  • Provide technical support and training to HR users
  • Lead all Workday procedures, training materials, workflows, and policies
  • Review mass data updates, exports, imports, and research/report on any data discrepancies
  • Lead upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and systems performance
  • Project management and ownership for future build outs of Workday functionality
  • Proactively plan for system upgrades
  • Build effective communications and training for users
  • Create and maintain Business Processes
  • Build dashboards for business leaders
  • Configure and provide project related support in coordinating and implementing yearly processes
  • Act as a domain SME to resolve all Workday related discrepancies
  • Build and lead vendor integrations
  • Audit HRMS data regularly for accuracy
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Workday security for all users

Requirements:

  • Collaborative customer service approach
  • 8 years of experience designing HRMS data architecture, structure, functions, and processes
  • 6+ years of experience designing and supporting Workday HCM application and integrations
  • Proven understanding of multiple Workday applications, including reporting and integration experience
  • Data-driven approach, with experience using EIBs to export and import data
  • Proficiency with Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and V-Look Up
  • Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical with the ability to identify, tackle, and resolve system issues
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable providing end-user support and functional training
  • Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong HR and Payroll knowledge base with firm understanding of HR processes and data
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
