About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to lead our national strategy for large-scale projects, including Main Instrument Vendor (MIV) initiatives, project services, and capital expense projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a steady pipeline of significant opportunities and year-over-year growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the national strategy for large-scale projects, including MIV, project services, and CAPEX projects.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value projects to maximize win potential, using market insights and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies for executive engagement in key lighthouse projects, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to secure large project opportunities across strategic sectors.
  • Partner with Sales Management to lead and manage projects in Salesforce, focusing on data quality and global process optimization.
  • Oversee the allocation of compensation for project wins, ensuring equitable distribution among internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the Strategic Business team to expand the project footprint within top-tier accounts, identifying new growth opportunities for project services, MIV, and CAPEX.
  • Guide ongoing learning and investment in CloudApps, advocating for 'technology as a teammate' and aiding decision-making.
  • Evolving and expanding the MIV Partner Program by annually recruiting and onboarding new Original Equipment Manufacturers, plant builders, and Tier 2/3 Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop a national strategy, including value propositions, sales collateral, and consistent communication to all stakeholders and the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, develop and execute strategic plans and solutions, and drive business results.
