- Mentorship: Mentor junior electrical engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design in the building services and construction industry.
- Education: Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification desirable, LEED AP accreditation preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Revit, familiarity with computational analysis tools such as electrical fault analysis and lighting design software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience presenting solutions directly to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve and propose multiple solutions to clients, objectively summarizing the benefits and shortfalls of each.
- Competitive Salary: $101,000 - $150,000 based on location, skills, education, and experience.
