LPN Subsidiary Care Specialist

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a subsidiary care setting. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect patient health data, including vital signs, weight, chief complaint, and pain assessment
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the LPN Practice Act, hospital policies, and professional standards of care
- Administer medications and immunizations using appropriate routes and techniques
- Perform quality control activities, including point-of-care testing and documentation
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and data collection
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Act 33 and Act 34 clearances
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position that requires rotating shifts, including standby, on-call, and overtime. The LPN will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
