The Laurels of Hamilton is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Coordinator. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests
- Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status
- Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care
- Select appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and prevent complications
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification
