About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at SPARQ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, agile development practices, and change management principles. They will also be skilled in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitating workshops and training sessions.

A Day in the Life of this role includes managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring cross-functional team collaboration, and delivering high-quality results. You will also be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
