About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. This individual will be responsible for leading reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of project management, including estimation, team leadership, and client communication. Your expertise in commercial and residential reconstruction will be invaluable in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in project management or estimation.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • IICRC qualifications in fire, water, and mold restoration are strongly encouraged.
  • Commercial and residential reconstruction experience is essential.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Managing and training junior staff members to ensure they meet company standards.
