About the Role

The Seattle Colleges Information Technology unit is seeking a skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead district-wide project management work. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer/Associate Vice Chancellor and serves as the lead for district-wide project management activities.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project facilitation, formulating and defining project objectives, scope, implementation plan schedule, and preparing functional, system and program specifications. You will create project estimates, plans, reporting, resource capacity planning, develop roadmaps, and release plans for technology projects.

You will coordinate releases and sprints across different technology work streams, identify potential technology gaps or collisions, and provide project management services such as status, projection, leading meetings, driving projects and tasks to completion, and accepting responsibility for project teams' performance.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with IT department staff, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, prioritize, clarify, validate, and document requirements for project work.

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,252 to $130,272 annually, depending on experience.
