As a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional personalized service and ensuring they feel understood and informed. Your ability to deepen and broaden client relationships will be essential in helping us achieve our goal of improving the lives of our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
