Location:
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both onsite and remote work. Candidates must be residents of Wisconsin or willing to relocate at their own expense. The role may involve working from various DHS locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, the selected candidate will:
1. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business needs and workflows.
2. Analyze existing business processes and propose both technological and non-technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with the Lead Business Analyst and PMO Leadership to establish business analysis standards and best practices.
4. Partner with project leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that align with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in business process reengineering and identifying innovative applications or technologies to resolve business challenges.
- Proficiency in creating process workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and executives.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and industry standards.
- Ability to work autonomously while following customer directives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools such as Visio, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Knowledge of project management principles, conflict resolution, and incident escalation processes.
- Understanding of government organizational structures and regulations related to identity management.
- Familiarity with adaptive methodologies.
