Job Description:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a CAE analyst, specifically in solver software tailored to your department's specialty.
  • Experience with LS-DYNA: Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience utilizing LS-DYNA, including proficiency in pre-processor and post-processor tools such as ANSA and Meta-Post for the development, visualization, and analysis of complex vehicle system-level CAE models.
  • Simulation Responsibilities: Conduct crash safety-related impact simulations using LS-DYNA and meticulously analyze the results to assess performance against established safety standards.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate simulation outcomes against target automobile performance criteria, including advanced safety benchmarks and internal standards.
  • Countermeasure Development: Identify and propose necessary countermeasures to address any performance deficiencies revealed by simulations.
  • Collaboration: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to relevant engineering teams within the organization.
  • Documentation: Generate comprehensive engineering documentation detailing simulation analyses, including written reports, and collaborate with design and testing engineers.
