Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing daily office operations, developing and implementing effective systems for organization and productivity, and serving as a back-up for classroom teachers in case of absence.

  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, perform word processing
  • Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or better preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a childcare setting.
