Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team at Commonwealth Dentistry. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and financial coordination.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to dental assistants, hygienists, and other office personnel.
  • Practice Operations: Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and general office duties.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, manage expenses, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
