Company Overview:
LV Collective is a real estate development firm specializing in experience-driven, design-focused student housing and multifamily projects. We are looking for a reliable and proactive intern with a keen interest in video production and post-production to collaborate with our media production team.

Role Overview:
As a Video Production Intern, you will work closely with our Director of Media Production to develop, strategize, and implement video content for our diverse properties. This position is designed for undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students seeking practical experience in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit original video content for various platforms.
  • Edit using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Create graphics and animations for video projects.
  • Edit 360-degree photos and produce virtual tours.
  • Research social media trends related to video content.
  • Gather relevant assets and concepts for ongoing video projects.
  • Write scripts and develop storyboards.
  • Assist with daily video production tasks, including casting and scheduling.
  • Monitor video performance analytics to refine video strategies.
  • Organize projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Research and recruit production talent across different markets.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with familiarity in Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of photography and videography technicalities, including lighting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Photography skills are a plus.

Eligibility:
Students majoring in radio/television/film, advertising, digital media, journalism, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Graduate students will also be considered.

Compensation:
This is a paid internship offering $15 per hour for approximately 15-20 hours per week. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and video samples for consideration.
