**Job Title:** Office Operations Manager

The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintenance.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning, working closely with the Program Director to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability and flexibility.

**Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
