Front Office Director

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at RMS Construction LLC. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service and experience a memorable stay.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train front desk staff to meet and exceed established hotel standards.
A minimum of two years' experience as a Front Office Manager is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field. Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and support all front office operations, including reservations, group billing, accommodations, check-ins/check-outs, team training, and guest inquiries.
- Supervise front desk staff and bellmen to ensure high standards of customer service and efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to guest issues and complaints in a timely and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate resources, tasks, and systems related to the front desk and bell-staff.
- Establish a positive work environment within the department and throughout the hotel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Three to five years' experience in hospitality.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Front Office Manager.
- Excellent guest services and management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
