Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Providing personalized guidance and support to help customers achieve their financial goals
  • Identifying and recommending solutions based on each customer's unique needs and preferences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services
  • Providing a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing basic transactions
Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow customer relationships and increase sales
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
