Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in electrical engineering, electronics, biotechnology, biology, or chemistry to install, maintain, and repair complex EPR spectrometer systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and support high-technology equipment in research, pharmaceutical, university, and government labs
  • Provide technical assistance on-site, via video conference, and over the phone to support customer system operating needs
  • Perform on-site preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations of EPR spectrometer systems
  • Train customers on the basic operation of the equipment and maintain accurate records in the department database system
  • Communicate effectively with customers and company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry
  • Minimum 3 years' experience diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
  • Strong technical skills involving analytical instrumentation
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and transport equipment and tools in excess of 300 lbs.
