Mechanical Project Engineer

NESCO Inc is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to design, assemble, and test industrial systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and field service, as well as project management and technical writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and assemble industrial systems, focusing on high-temperature vacuum furnaces and advanced material processing equipment.
- Test, troubleshoot, and install mechanical systems at customer sites, ensuring proper operation and performance.
- Provide field service support for system installations, startup, and troubleshooting.
- Develop technical documentation, including process designs and operational manuals.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting processes, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and resolving any technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in mechanical design and 3D modeling with Inventor or SolidWorks.
- Capable of producing 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and process control systems.
