Job Title: Electrical Engineer III

Volt is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer III, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and hardware for our chemical detection products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems and hardware for chemical detection products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products
  • Perform fundamental engineering duties in electrical design efforts
  • Refine conceptual designs into complete production designs
  • Research and develop new technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related field with 10+ years' experience
  • Master's degree in related field and 8+ years' experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with design and development of electrical systems and hardware
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Ion Mobility Spectrometry and Mass Spectrometry
  • Experience with product development process
  • Hands-on design, prototyping, and debugging experience
