Electromechanical Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
- Install LAM OEM Equipment.
- Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
- Work professionally and develop customer relations.
- Demonstrate ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Understand and adhere to all site fab protocol requirements.
- Comprehend test equipment including various test meters, hand and power tools.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully take direction from supervisor/manager; other duties as assigned.
Must have a positive attitude, be energetic, and enthusiastic, and possess a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
Must possess basic computer skills which include a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience on 200mm and 300mm tools.
- Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Maintenance Technician skills with solid experiences in resolving tool related challenges.
- Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing issues on LAM systems preferred.
- Previous semiconductor experience is preferred.
- AS/BS or equivalent military.
Must be comfortable with being away/traveling for 6 to 8 weeks when required.
80% travel/and or occasional overnight travel to the factory, training facilities, and customer locations may be required.
